Processing time

Orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days.

 

Delivery time

After shipping, delivery usually takes 7 to 15 business days. Every order ships with tracking, and we email you the tracking number as soon as it is available. Some orders may arrive in more than one package.

 

Problems with delivery

If your tracking shows no movement for 30 days, or your order has not arrived 30 business days after it shipped, contact us and we will reship it or refund you. See our refund policy for details.
