Refund policy
15-day returns
You can return your Belacurl within 15 days of delivery, for any reason. Contact us within those 15 days with your order number and we will email you the return address and instructions. Please send the item back within 14 days after you contact us. Return shipping is paid by you, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or wrong. If the item shows signs of use beyond what is needed to try it, we may reduce the refund by the loss in value.
Damaged, defective or wrong item
If your Belacurl arrives damaged, defective, or is not the item you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or short video of the problem. We will send you a free replacement or a full refund, your choice. You do not need to send the item back.
Lost or late orders
If your tracking shows no movement for 30 days, or your order has not arrived 30 business days after it shipped, contact us and we will reship it or refund you.
Refunds
We refund within 14 days after we receive your return (or, for damaged or lost items, after we confirm the problem), to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

Du kannst deinen Belacurl innerhalb von 15 Tagen nach Lieferung ohne Angabe von Gründen zurückgeben. Schreib uns innerhalb dieser 15 Tage mit deiner Bestellnummer, dann schicken wir dir die Rücksendeadresse per E-Mail. Bitte sende den Artikel innerhalb von 14 Tagen danach zurück. Die Kosten der Rücksendung trägst du, außer der Artikel kam beschädigt, defekt oder falsch an. Ist der Artikel über das Ausprobieren hinaus benutzt, können wir den Wertverlust abziehen. Kommt dein Belacurl beschädigt, defekt oder falsch an, schick uns innerhalb von 30 Tagen ein Foto oder Video und du bekommst kostenlos Ersatz oder dein Geld zurück. Die Erstattung erfolgt innerhalb von 14 Tagen nach Eingang der Rücksendung auf dein ursprüngliches Zahlungsmittel.
