A fun and delicious twist on classic nachos, perfect for parties.


Ingredients

1/2 bag crinkle cut French fries

1 tablespoon cooking oil

1/2 cup onion, chopped

1/2 cup green pepper, chopped

1/2 pound shaved beef or thin sliced steak

1/2 cup Cheez Whiz

Salt and pepper, to taste


Instructions

1. Cook the fries according to package instructions.

2. Heat cooking oil in a pan over medium heat. Add onions and green peppers; sauté for 8 minutes. Transfer to a plate.

3. Add steak to the pan; sauté for 10 minutes until cooked through and browned. Remove from heat.

4. Heat Cheez Whiz in a pan or microwave until warm.

5. Place fries in a bowl. Top with sautéed veggies and steak. Drizzle with cheese sauce. Serve hot.

Notes

Use waffle fries for extra crunch.

Add jalapeños for a spicy kick.
