Description

A citrusy, savory grilled chicken inspired by the sunny flavors of Florida.

Ingredients

Scale

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1/4 cup fresh lime juice

1/4 cup fresh orange juice

2 tablespoons honey

2 tablespoons soy sauce

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

1. In a bowl, mix lime juice, orange juice, honey, soy sauce, garlic, and olive oil.

2. Place chicken breasts in a resealable bag and pour marinade over them.

3. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.

4. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

5. Remove chicken from marinade and let it come to room temperature.

6. Lightly oil the grill grates.

7. Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until grill marks appear and internal temperature reaches 165°F.

8. Remove from grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Marinate the chicken for up to 24 hours for extra flavor.

Use freshly squeezed lime juice for best results.
