Ingredients
1 cup fresh spinach, packed
1/2 ripe avocado
1 frozen banana
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/2 green apple, chopped
1 tbsp chia seeds or flaxseed
1 tsp fresh lemon juice
1/2 tsp grated ginger
Instructions
1. Add almond milk, spinach, avocado, banana, apple, seeds, lemon juice, and ginger to a blender.
2. Blend on high until smooth and creamy, scraping down sides as needed.
3. Taste and adjust by adding more milk for a thinner texture or ice cubes for extra chill.
4. Pour into glasses and serve immediately, or refrigerate up to 24 hours.
Notes
For a smoothie bowl, add toppings like sliced banana, granola, coconut flakes, or hemp seeds.
