A comforting dish that practically cooks itself with a delightful garlic parmesan kick.
Ingredients
1 lb chicken breasts
5 medium potatoes
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
Garlic powder, to taste
Paprika, to taste
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp Italian seasoning
2 tbsp minced garlic
Buffalo Wild Wings Garlic Parmesan Sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
1. Wash and cube the potatoes.
2. Spray a crockpot with cooking spray.
3. Add potatoes to the crockpot. Season with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
4. Add minced garlic and stir well.
5. Cube chicken and season with salt, pepper, paprika, onion powder, and Italian seasoning.
6. Add chicken to the crockpot and coat with garlic parmesan sauce.
7. Cook on low for 6 hours or until potatoes are tender.
8. Stir well and top with mozzarella cheese. Let melt.
9. Serve with optional ranch dressing.
Notes
Use chicken thighs instead of breasts for more flavor.
Adjust seasoning to taste with your favorite spices.
