Description

Bold, buttery mushrooms loaded with savory depth.

Ingredients

Scale

1 lb baby bella mushrooms

3 tablespoons butter

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 tablespoon soy sauce

½ teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper

2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

1. Wipe mushrooms clean with a damp paper towel. Trim stems if needed.

2. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter.

3. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.

4. Add mushrooms and cook for 7-9 minutes, stirring occasionally, until browned and tender.

5. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, and black pepper. Mix to coat.

6. Simmer for 2-3 more minutes until sauce thickens slightly.

7. Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve hot.

Notes

Avoid rinsing mushrooms with water to prevent them from becoming soggy.

Adjust black pepper to taste for more or less spice.
