Description
Juicy chicken fillets simmered in a rich, spicy, creamy garlic-Parmesan sauce.
Ingredients
4 chicken fillets
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon chili flakes
Salt, to taste
Black pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and sear chicken fillets until golden on both sides.
2. Remove chicken and sauté minced garlic in the same pan until fragrant.
3. Add cream and stir gently, letting it simmer.
4. Slowly add Parmesan cheese while stirring.
5. Add chili flakes, salt, and pepper.
6. Return chicken to pan and simmer until cooked through.
7. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
Notes
Use freshly grated Parmesan for best results.
Don’t boil the cream too fast to avoid curdling.
Add more chili flakes for extra spice.
