Description
Tender chicken fillets coated in a creamy, spicy, garlicky Parmesan sauce — perfect for dinner, meal prep, or pasta nights.
Ingredients
500g chicken fillets (thinly sliced)
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp black pepper
½ tsp chili flakes
½ tsp salt
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp butter
5 garlic cloves (finely minced)
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
½ tsp chili flakes
½ tsp black pepper
Salt to taste
1 tsp Italian seasoning (optional)
1 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped, optional)
Instructions
1. In a bowl, combine olive oil, paprika, black pepper, chili flakes, garlic powder, salt, and lemon juice.
2. Coat chicken fillets in the marinade and let sit for 15–20 minutes.
3. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat, add a splash of oil, and sear chicken for 3–4 minutes per side until cooked through.
4. Remove chicken and set aside, keeping pan residues.
5. Lower heat to medium, add butter, and sauté minced garlic for 30–40 seconds.
6. Stir in heavy cream, Parmesan, chili flakes, black pepper, and salt.
7. Simmer sauce for 2–3 minutes until thickened.
8. Return chicken to the pan, coat in sauce, and simmer for 2–3 more minutes.
9. Garnish with fresh parsley and extra Parmesan before serving.
Notes
Marinate for up to 2 hours for deeper flavor.
Adjust chili flakes based on spice preference.
